Hello all!

;D It is Saturday, a wonderfull sunny day, and mr.robvill is working as a machine!

You are doing a HUGE, HUGE progress! I really like the ship! It is so amazing!

Now the ship got his shape, and it is very, very nice!

Well, i'm glad to here that you have a plan how to optimize more if you run out of polygons, because i hope the sun deck and the bridge will be nice...

Keep going, we are waiting for news ussualy! WELL DONE!

Kind regards!

well, it's pouring out here.

i finished the first part of the bridge: the walls, windows, floor, window wipers, bridge wings, and a handrail.

also the paintings in the cabin have been replaced by ones made by Hudizzle, he gave me permission to use these for the ship. as the images i used were probably copyright protected.

You have paintings in you cabin... PAINTNGS! How do you do it  :o

I made a chair and it had to have a something like a 10x3 brown rectangle...

And it fits onto a 2048 pixel square...?

just fit all your textures in the main texture, for example the image i have shown before:

the paintings do not take up much space.

and thanks v.h94  ;D

How you going to fit the side of the boat texture onto that too?

My problem is to scale the textures down to fit the hull at the same scale - means my deck height is about 10 pixels 0 - thus any details for things like paintings is lost...

but we are going off topic, and it is a brilliant model

thanks!

i finished the bridge desks, steering wheel, and captain seats:

the bridge area was still too wide so i pulled the walls a little more to the front.

a lot of details still to be added. exept for the controlls, Vstep has stock models for that.

i made a few quick renders showing the Oceana as if she would be in the water (water from mars in this case)

i also did a small comparison between the old model and the current one, well spot the diffrence:

tomorrow i get back to rotterdam where the adapter from my laptop is, once my laptop is recharched and on the powergrid. i can finally make some nice Vray Renders. which is much better then these plain default renders.

Old-and-new side-by-side renders are always fascinating! ;D You should do another one when you're done!

She looks spectacular, Mr. Robville. :)

How about a screenshot from the bridge looking aft?

Oops! Missed that one!

I'm sure you'll get quite a few votes for this, and for good reason! And do you have plans for modelling the navigation light structures?

Hello all!

Well these new shots are amazing.

From these photos we can see how big progress mr.robvill done. It is so nice to see these ship on water, it looks amazing, and when the sun deck edited arrives, it will be excelent!

Also the bridge looks very nice, it reminds me on the Voyager's bridge...

And i agree, if you will have some more polygons, you can create some hiden part ( some restoraount, bar or something ), what we wil not know, so we can search these.
But there is already a huge interior, so we will have a planty to see, so these is not nesecary, but if you have some polygons more... why not?

Can't wait to see shots from sun deck...

Well done once again!!

Kind regards.

thanks you all like it!

i have done some work on the bridge:

some seats have been added, some of them on a rail. fire prevention is added, lights, doors added, and i deleted the steering wheel as i just realized that azipod propelled ship's don't have a traditional steering wheel.

THese is gonna be a new marvelous, powerfull, luxury enourmes vessel for SSE
SSE is gonna get atleast 15% more extreme
Vstep will get more money and Costumers (players included)

Mr Robville.
How do you do it? You got talent with modeling this, and i mean every word of it
The Oceana is bigger then the QM2 and oasis of the seas.
It will be the best vessel in SSE. Who knowes,Exploring a whole new ship, cabins, and hallways and outside decks  :D

This ship can carry more then 5000 passangers..
Hoo Hoo!! And soo scary scary! if this ship is trouble you are responsible for all those lives and everything inside included.

Why do we need this ship?
This is an ocean liner, If we cant have titanic back, we will take another luxury enormes vessel for SSE.
This vessel is gonna be a challange too berth or sail in a port without tugs.
It has e perfect speed wich should be 20 knots and higher.
Thanks too the azipods

How can we use this vessel?
We can use this ship too make a word wide trip
From very cold antartics too very nice bora bora.
That included deploying a life boat and bringing the passangers too the shore.
After that had back too the oceana, hull up anchor and set sail.

MR Robville (in dutch)
Ik wens je veel succes met dit prachtig schip.
Doe je best want ik weet dat je het kan, Je hebt een prachtig model hier for the creation contest

Hello all!

Does somebody know when we can expect these ship fro SSE?

I'l be the one of the customers, and in that i'm sure 100% percent. And if i hear that ship is not going to be included, i think i'm going to scream for 3 days, and then i'l go crazy!!

It is marvelous... now we just need to wait including in SSE, and i'm sure that will happen!

Do you mean Voyager as in the 'Starship Voyager'? :D

No, i mean the "Voyager Of The Seas". I have just watched about him on a television, it is a nice ship, and it has a very nice bridge, but it is not better than bridge on M/S Oceana. Oh can't wait to be on it...

Kind regards!
