My key to succes was obviously because of my design and detail to it.
The fact classic Liners exist must not prohibit me from not design ships myself.
Where would the world be if no one designed something new?

I understand you would like to share your opinion.
But to critisize new designs in a topic of someone who did a new design seems a bit insulting to me.
It would be better if you would post this in some other topic, perhaps one you started new.

As I agree, classic ships look way better than modern day vessels, but as this topic is about the MS Oceana, I don't think it's suitable here for showing disrespects to it in a way of saying new desings are bad.

btw, thanks TFM

I'm sorry if you understood this, your new ship I really like and I'll gladly buy it when it was released. But I meant was that there are people who prefer the old liners

I appreciate the explanation, I did not really understand your point the first time.
There were some plans by diffrent people to make classic liners during the CCC, but none of these projects made it into the selection rounds or got finished.
Maybe some day more classic ships will be made, but for me, I'll stick with Oceana, I got big plans with her design. ;)

looks amazing.... but i just think that looks a bit too wide... im guessing that she is meant to be reminant of the oasis but it just looks too wide to me...

I understand what you mean, it's clearly notable when you put a relevant sized vessel next to her.
But that's Oceana, she's huge, lumpish and excentric, But her sheer size offers a lot of space for interior rooms to design. ;)

rodger dodger....

I think this game now needs a medium sized cruise ship... like the majesty of the seas.... 70,000 to 80,000 tons range....

Here are some of my ships...

The hull of OotS looks very smooth aswell.

One small notice, a "lifeboat mechanism" is called a Davit.  ;)
