thank's a lot for your offer!, but as Minime said, i already own a copy of SSE  ;)
i bought that game a week ago to enter the contest.
<< like you can see in my name, im a registered SSE user.

i do appreciate you like the ship so much and im doing the best to get this ship in the most perfect as possible optimized and layed out to be entered in the contest. so that there can be a lot of details added.
the polygon limit i can work to is 317435 polygons (lengt of the ship times 800 polygons each meter - 396,794M X 800 polygons)

and im now on 162242 polygons including the cabin. that's 155139 polygons left... that's almost twice of what i have now.

edit

i have now finished the model of the corridor aswell:

the red lines mark the boundarys of the corridor, and the blue lines show the staircase that will be added.

more detailed screenshots will be shown once everything is textured.
the stairs will be connected between the sundeck(weather deck) and boatdeck, the deck this room will be located on is deck I right above the starboard 4th lifeboat from aft.

stand by for updates.

Hello!

I'm sorry i made a confuse...I just wanted to help.  :)

I like the ship?? I'M IN LOVE WITH THESE SHIP!

I can't wait the moment till it is in the contest, and till it's added in the game.
I'm so happy to see you are making progress, and i just hope the ship will be ready for the contest, and that you will finish at the time.

I can't wait to see the sundeck!! That is my second favorite place ( after the bridge ), i hope you will create it as much perfect as you created the other rooms and parts... I'm so happy that you are making an high detailed ship, so maybe you will have some space for some deck chairs, some pool bars and other stuff, those are some best effects of a real ocean liner, somehow the Orient Star in the game, look somehow ghostly without those efects on the deck.

Also i can't wait to see the bridge, i hope too, that the bridge will be intersting, and with a lot of comands and rooms, the real bridge of ocean liner.

As i can see from your work, i don't have to vory that my wishes will come true, if you continue to model like these, these model will be great!

Also i have two questions if you know the answers:

1: These ships from contest will be in The Shipyard or in the Add-On?

2: mr. robville what is the total lenght ( L.O.A ) of MS Oceana?

Well, i can't wait anymore... my favorite cruise ship ( Le Boreal ) arrived today at 03:00 PM, and it leaves at 10:00 PM, so i need to go to the port, to see him for the last time!

Keep going, and put your hard work into the game! You got my thumbs up!  :2thumbs:

Many kind regards.
Captain Mitch

General info Oceana:

Length overall: 396.8M
Beam: 50M
Draft: 12.5M
Freeboard: 11.9M
Length between perpendiculars: 352M
Length Waterline: 363M
height between Bridge and waterline: 33.8M
Height overall: 75.6M
Decks: 20
Propulsion: 4 Azipod Screws. 160.000 HP
Bowthrusters: 4
top speed: ~30knots

now going to texture the corridor  ;)

WOW! OH MY GOOD!

396 meters???? 30 Kn?????

Oh my god, i can't wait to operate that ship!! Oh my god!

I was always dreaming to get on a ship like that, that is my wish since i was 3 years old!!  ;)

If that ship is in the Ship Simulator, my dreams will come true at least on 70%... it is not real but still it is the high detailed model, and it is a perfect game, in combination it is almost real!!

I can not even imagine these that, to ride to 400 meter ocean liner, with 20 decks and over 3000 passengers.
That will be the real adventure, and the most intersting sail ever!

For one month is my birthday, and these is the present from you and VSTEP if they include these marvelous ship!

I need to earn some money fast, to upgrade my computer, that i can play SSE on high details ( like your ship ) without problem.

Thank you for informations mr.robvill!

Many kind regards.

the corridor is fully finished and textured aswell!

Cabin I-20 is opened

Fire prevention, Real importand:

the exit on the left connects the staircase to the sundeck and boatdeck:

and last but not least, Divider doors:

they have can be used to stop smoke from entering the rest of the corridors, but for now they seal off the rest of the corridors. the other ends of the corridors are sealed with a red cord.

Edit

i have also added some fog in the shower, like someone just used it recently. it gives a nice contrast of the luxury inside and the cold outside of the ship.
it's still WIP as the textures can be made a Lot better.

the staircase is now done aswell and fully textured:

the red dot marks the deck the cabin is on, don't worry about finding the right deck.
decknames will be added on the wall, and the door to the corridor which leads to the cabin is open.

the staircase you see now is only the part which will be walkable and leads from the sundeck to the Boatdeck as announced before. however, the actual staircase would continue going down a few more decks.

polycount staircase: 2192 Polygons

Hello all!

As ussual I'M IMPRESED!

You are so fast, and so perfect at modeling! Now since you start to work again, you are faster than a time  ;).

I'm so happy to see your work, and to see your update photos, with each photo i am happier more, and i come with a huge wish on the forum to see what have you done!!  ;)

These interior is so cool! I always wanted to see a cool interior on the boat, because of that i bought and liked Elbe so much, it had the best interior... but if your ship is included, these will be the ship with the best interior...
I always wanted to explore the ship, and i passed Ocean Star more than 1000 times, and i always enjoyed, and on these ship, i will have double places to walktrough!

I can see that these is going to be my favorite ship, and that i will enjoy it the most!

It is so nice... keep going... these is marvelous!  :2thumbs:

Many kind regards!

thanks!

badly enaugh, i wasn't able to finish the interior yesterday as a firealarm caused the entire school to evacuate, and my coat with the keys to my room in it was still inside the building. and it took some time before we could finally enter the building as the alarm was a false one.
so i came home a little late, and i had no time left to finish the interior.

i think i can do a bit of interior today and finish up tomorrow.

finally! the last part of the interior is done  ;D

the door to the atrium is closed though.

this is the entrance to the Boatdeck.

also nameplates have been added inside the staircases. it will be easyer to notice on what deck you are on now.

still the corridor is a little empty as no rooms are attached to the corridor. i think i will place some paintings on the wall that Hudizzle made. he gave me permission of using his paintings.

Good idea!

It's looking fabulous! I am really hopeing that this vessell could be used in the simulator, as I believe it would become a very popular ship by the players - especially with such a fantastic walkthrough.

One thing though, can we see this in the boat? How about a external shot into the cabin? :)
