Over 2 hours, give us a clue!!

Sorry, PC isn't feeling very well, should be getting a rebuild soon. The answer was the Beneluxhaven, Rotterdam taken from the PO Rotterdam.

It was the lighthouse.. ;)

Here's a new one:
When a vessel moves quickly through shallow water, there is a phenomenon that reduces its buoyancy, particularly at the bow. In severe cases it can cause the ship to run aground
What is this effect called..?

I know what're you talking about, but don't know how it called in ENGLISH  :-[. When the ship is going on shallow water on pretty good speed, it's draft is increasing. That water, which is between the ships hulls bottom & the bottom of the sea (lake, chanel, bay) "moves faster" than that water which is near the ship. "Fast water moving" is making low pressure under the ship, "sucking" the ship in to the water, icreasing its draft, especially at the stern (the propeller is taking water also from under the ship & causing the higher water speed under & near the stern)....

Ah, correct me if I'm not right in something  :P

You're absolutely right..It's called the "squat-effect"
It is suspected to have been a factor in the sinking of the Herald of Free Enterprise, and the running aground of the QE2..

That's in San Francisco. We have it even in the ShipSim  :)
