Found this on Amazon, search for "ready to run (tug)boat"
Not sure of the quality but with 70 dollar it fits in your budget.
Hi Nathan, i have PM'd you, i do RC boating, and i know "my stuff" if you want to put it that way, you DO NOT want to get anything like this, its cheap and plastic, and its pretty expensive for a plastic tug like that. Don't jump into anything Nathan, read my PM, when you get your computer sorted we can discuss this on MSN, i wouldn't buy anything like this. You won't like it, trust me.
Jack.
p.s. here's a picture of my American Harbour Tug, it has a scratch built super structure, but the hull is obviously molded by a factory, which is a common thing.
-----------------------
Here is my 61 year old Thames Tug, no joke, 61 years of age, again, hand built, it is currently being restored by me. It even has water tight doors fitted in the hull, and would pull a hell of a weight once complete. The former owner gave this to me, he was an old gentleman that lived accross the road, and he built it himself. And he told me (with the old running gear) that she would pull a big weight, so with new equipment, she should easily be able to pull a big weight.
Its something like that you want Nathan, good, strong, and powerful, also traditional.
Jack.
