That would be true.  An article on this website http://agents.poferries.com/portal/page?_pageid=1613,278526&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL talks all about pets.  The air-condtioning is under the Hull/Rotterdam heading.  It sounds like the pets are pretty pamperd on the ferry ;)
