I think these bridges can be found all over the world. There is also one in Rotterdam, the Botlek bridge.  :)

Technically aren't they bow thrusters, but unlike the ones on the ships, they are on powered with the skirt throttle, and can rotate 360 degrees.

they are also better for steering the craft than the rudders (which with me tend to make the ship lose control and start spinning) But thats just my opinion and off-topic  ;D
