Morning All! Anyway, my answer: It looks like one of the fixings for an azipod, so I would say the Ocean Star has it.

That would be the business end of the Voith Schneider Propulsion system. Of which the Red Eagle would have two.

Absolutely right, Fred.. The Red Eagle(one of my favourites) has two of these Voith-Schneider propellers..
