the answer to my question was: the Watertower-Harbour in Rotterdam..

Correct Mike, though the precise name is Wärtsilä-Sulzer RT -flex96C, apparently a newer version

Thanks, yes saw those pics before, amazing, although I still don't know why they go for one big engine rather than 2 smaller as they have no redundancy.
