That's strange, can you try to re-install the Sigita?

Maybe a silly question, but did you used the seperate installer for the Sigita?

I suppose it's a good update.. but i'm still getting EXACTLY the same FPS as before  :-\
Oh well, I'll be back at the airport if you need me  :P

P.S. POR's new ramp door is brilliant but as I saw someone else say, the options for red eagle to do that just arent there.
And the cinematic cameras colored lines have gone.

Do we have to keep stopping/restarting Steam to see if the update starts or will it start updating if it becomes available while Steam is already running?

thx,

Andy

The colored guide lines for cinematographic camera are gone.

Can anyone tell me when the doors of the ferries work?

Edit: I already found out about the doors!!

No problem. You now have acces to the technical support sub forum.

Can you please open a new topic there with your dxdiag, since this topic is for the patch in general.

Could you please supply your system specifications or dxdiag, this may help us to determine the problem.

Your dxdiag can be obtained by following these instructions:

Click Start > Run. type in dxdiag and press Enter.  You may see a popup asking about WHQL drivers, click Yes/Ok to proceed.

In the window that appears, click the button that says Save All Information, when the Save Dialog box appears, save the file to your desktop.  To upload the file here, click Additional Options underneath the reply area and choose Browse near Attach.  Browse to your desktop, click the file and click Open.

*  Windows Vista and 7 users need to press the Windows Key + R to access the Run prompt.

You can then post your reply with the file attached.

FPS went up a lot until......  I tried a mission I created with 2 whales. As soon as I gave the start command to the whales the FPS plunged from 18 to 3 fps. I created the mission last week and had no problems at all. Ofcourse the framerate dropped a little bit but not like this.

Edit: Heart from Marty that something changed in the behaviour of the whales, got it running again
Second thing I noticed: the rudder indicator of the Esperanza rhib works the wrong way. It indicates starboard when you turn to port and vv.
Third: The colore guides of the cinematographic camera are gone, they were very helpfull, now you have to guess what the max distance is.

Thanks eviss, it's confusing..   I wish they would just copy the 08Eagle in the game.. ;D
You're right, the reason for no movement was because the VSPs were driving in opposite directions..(see pic)
That means you can't go straight ahead or back with both props..
(1=bow prop driving you backwards, 2=aft prop driving you forward)

Oh dear... So only one VSP can be used when going forward, and the other for only when going "astern"?

That doesn't seem right...?

It certainly isn't an improvement.  Trouble is the steering isn't 360 degrees, as I think it should be on a VSP ship..
You can use the #1 to go forwards, but not straight ahead, only an angle
