I cannot even acces the settings to decrease it!

Don't throw in the towel at the first hurdle. Calm down, give us the details of the issue and I'm sure VSTEP will work on this issue.

I got a graphic problem. My ships bow wakes, and my wakes as well as the watertrack behind me ships are flickering. One moment I see them and the next moment they are gone. I have done a clean install but didn't help.

Any suggestions??

Hmm.. Weird that so many accoured this error.. Worked perfectly at first start for the new update  :2thumbs: Well done, But the FPS seems to slowly decrease rather than increase  :-\

Well if you only got the update after it was fixed, then you wouldn't have encountered the problem. Which was a minor hiccup, really. And fixed right away.  :thumbs:
