I'm sure you know that the visibility at night depends on the weather and the moon. That image probably shows an overcast condition, if the moon was present the surface should be more illuminated, and you should have a visual on other vessels from some distance. I haven't noticed how this is simulated in the game.

I cant wait to get my hands on the Editor. I love making my own missions. I spend more time editing in games than I do playing them though hehe. Also in the upgrade im looking forward to the proper Achor and chains instead of the awfull rope we get now =)

the update coming is the (super) super pack
but i think it was to get people intrestid in sse what was suppose come out early that yare

No it isn't, I'm afraid. It's a patch not a superpack.

The superpacks are mod-packs made by the creator's forum team, for SS08.

The 1.3 Update is an official patch made by Vstep, for SSE.
