Do you know what I can't figure out? This patch is supposed to be around 500MB right? That's half of a gig so it's pretty huge. I can't help wondering if there's something else included in the update that the mods and VSTEP doesn't want us to know  :P

I'm thinking there might be, but remember this is only my thoughts and not an official comment.

Hey Dev,

you forget there are all new bridges. So you have all ships in the Download because the bridge is included in the 3D Model of every ship.

pay day boys

the bridge of the P&O looks a lot diffrent then in the game ;D

i also don't get it why people are so angry because the ammount of pages, take a look on other forums, they can even have more then 500 pages, and 26 pages are not much, so the guys who are complaining have to chill out ;)

I would imagine that the new patch deletes most of your existing installation except for your important settings / scores and re-installs from fresh, that way we would all starting off from the same level playing field and so the cause of any problems should be easier to narrow down.

I'm quite looking forward to seeing what's new and how differently the ships handle.

The Ship Sim '06 Add-On will be made compatible with Ship Sim '08 to users who purchased the Add-On ;)

Any other Add-On possibilities for Ship Sim '08 are yet to be confirmed :)

I see, so I have to buy the 06 addon then and wait for a patch or something, I would like to include the cruise ship ;)

My spelling error, compitable=compatible...isn't it sweet ;D

Thanks.

There is no definitive confirmation on a time, just 'afternoon' :)
