Hi all, I hate to be a Party Pooper but as I read the message, The patch will not be out until Sept. 14 2007, not Sept. 7 2007.

May be I'm wrong but that was how I read it. It was written on Sept. 5 2007 and it said the patch would be released Next Friday.

If I am wrong someone please tell me.

Wow... Dual screen Map, so my 2nd Monitor will not be so bored the next weeks...

I can't wait to see what you guys think of the Hovercraft.  Flying around Phi-Phi at 46kts on a cushion of air is great fun ;D

The Hovercraft is awesome, I like the Jet-Ski also, but prefer the middle-range vessels.  Red Jet 4, Hovercraft and Sherpa being my favourites ;)

Has to be passenger and rescue missions for me too.........great fun :D

Also unless VSTEP have a few dedicated download servers I think they should host with Gamershell. I got 350kb download speed when downloading Project Torque  ;D

Absolutely, the inertia from the fans can send you sideways.  I prefer to use small movements to avoid it, unless I am messing about of course ;)

Greetings,
Yes,this is great news.I'm very happy with this new patch.
The Hoovercraft is realy great, but maybe heavy to steer,in the beginning.
About the vessels,i'm more in for the big vessels(Vermaas)and that big tanker.
However, the rest are also very nice build.
Regards
Marc

If you're talking of the green and red switches, they are for engine, on/off buttons

Uhm... are you sure this is a good idea? I guess you have to get some kind of permission from VSTEP to redistribute their patch; even if it's free, it's always copyright protected, which means AFAIK no distribution without (written) permission from the author.

I don't ever want the Fairmount Sherpa to sink, it's my favourite vessel... absolutely stunning!  :-*
