The weather depth at the berth is something like 46 meters
So even Knock Nevis could dock there with easy while fully loaded

yeah so i found no reason for not bringing the Carnival Dream
maybe it could be that the berth is not big enough
or the bridge is too small for the height of the cruise ship

In this foto you see the following things
Red is where any cruise ship higher then 53 meters more, because the bridge is 55 meters above sea level
Blue is where smaller cruise ships like 49 meters and lower more
Big cruisers more infront of the bridge and are not allowed too deeper
