Unless there is no Dover-Calais in the same environment. If that is the case then surely we really need to review this policy of forum-icide.

Doesn't mean it will be included in SSE, or even help the Dover-Calais in the same environment campaign to say that list makes it look like they're even in seperate enviroments in the SS Pro. Makes it feel less likely!

SS Pro is not the same as SSE, as we all (mostly) know. If I understand right, the engine for SSP is actually based on SS9, and SSE is a NEW engine... - a guinea pig experiment, possibly.

Anyway, as Capt D says, it is ir-relevant. However, even if it is in seperate environments, if they are faster loading and do not stop the ship whilst loading (think how MSFS does/did it) then perhaps that is viable.

well i think that presentaion let someone who asked the question " how can it be Dover when there are big waves, I thought that you couldnt have big waves in harbour areas" I remember someone saying something like that but i cant remember who it was. If the presentation is for the pro version will the upgrades also be in the home version?

Well, the developers have made a lot efforts to solve this problem. So you'll see rough waves outside and calm waves inside the sheltered port. This can be seen a little bit on several pics...

Well this is the big question...

We won;t know until either:

a) someone from VSTEP spills the beans...

b) the game is released...

of course we have made the campaign to show VSTEP how valueable an idea it is  ;D

Who knows, perhaps they're still working on Pro..

They won't just stop developing a product once they've released it. ;)

I've seen the Dover Enviroment and i think it pritty good, exept VSTEP forgot to add the Seacat berth in the western docks! that could prove useful in one way or another. Also, Berth 1 is a little small.
