*sigh*

1337 = leet

1337
Hacker "Sp33k" for leet, or elite. Originating from 31337 "eleet", the UDP port used by Dead Cow Cult, a hacker group, to access Windows 95 using Back Orifice, a notorious hacking program.

L33t or Eleet (sometimes rendered leet, 1337, or 31337), also known as Leetspeak, is an alphabet used primarily on the Internet,

This thread is NOT for idle chatter. I'll most likely ban ayone who posts any more off-topic chatter here, including any "sorry" posts.

Looks like someone is on a power trip.

...and it looks like someone has a bad attitude. Sorry but why post something like that! It's your first post and it was a bit of a cocky one as far as I can see  :-\

I would welcome you to the forums, although your post wasn't very welcoming  :-\

Hi Punta, and welcome to the forum.

Woud you please refrain from assuming things without even knowing who was being adressed, without having read some of the posts that have since been removed from this thread, or knowing what has allready been said 'behind the scenes' to some of these people that were adressed by Terry.

This topic is very personal to some of us, as we were/are saying goodbye to a very dear and respected friend. And therefor we shall not tolerate idle chatter and off topic, spamming, remarks.

And we shall certainly not tolerate insulting remarks by people who have no idea whatsoever about what is going on.

So welcome to this fine community, but kindly think before you post. Thanks!!

And now we do as Terry suggested, and we try to keep on topic.

Kind Regards,
Fred
