Ahoy Carl,
Having heard about Your misery, I have to say how sorry I am for You. This kind of illness nobody can wish to even their worst enemy. I'm almost sure that most of my Shipsim troubles are resolved thanks to Your efforts. Despite off that my troubles are minor compared tou Your's I thank You out of the bottom of my heart for Your support. I really hope that the Good Lord will help You and Your doctors to overcome Your misery.
Very best regards
Aad

Hi Carl,

I am very sorry to hear about you being unwell, I hope you get well soon, and all the best in your future. You have been an excellent friend, and moderator. And i'm sure that everyone here will miss your posts on the forum.

You helped me many a time, and welcomed me into the Ship Simulator community on my very first post, its quite possable that, without you here on my first posts, I may not be at this forum today, you really welcomed me into the community, thankyou. Things like setting up the server software, I would have been lost without your help.

Thankyou for everything Carl, and, get well soon. I'm sure we'll all be thinking about you, including me.

Jack.

Typical A/A remark, he obviously hasn't understood the first post, Carl's farewell doesn't have a read by date.

I'm collecting them all up and will let Carl know.

We communicate from time to time and I know that he will be most cheered to know about all the good wishes.

Don't worry, chaps. I have been amassing all the names of all of the well-wishers in this post and in various others, including Nathan's comments about starting the [GAME] threads because the place seemed sadder since Carl left.

I dont think we had any conversation personally but Your input for the Membership was Of the Highest Standard and as well as Interesting, Informative and always extremely Helpfull. Sadness overwhelm all on an ocasion such as this but I wish You The Very very Best, And Pray That Miracles continue and you return to us in your former Glory. Life will always be a mystery where health is concerned, But I Do Hope and Pray that Your mystery can be solved with Joy.

Such a simple thing as to help me update my sound card drivers, but it means a lot. Thanks Carl,

It was a pleasure. Carl and I communciate and I'm very happy to pass on good wishes in either direction.

As you may know, both Carl and I are type 1 diabetics (we discussed it quite often on this forum), so we share many interests and concerns.
