You really haven't being listening to anyone have you? VSTEP are sure to deny it, they have to pay a lot to use the Royal Carribean names.

After everything is done to that model to make it work in SS, it will look like Ocean Star. We know this because that is what has been done, and that is what it looks like.
So, if VSTEP were given permission, it would make more sense to simply re-work and re-skin the Ocean Star that they already own.
