We're the cool group
I'm sadly not surprised. But dam, been here for 6 years now..
Yeah, since there isn't any new games on the way, and I'm just getting annoyed by all the bugs in the current game I haven't been here... The only reason for going here is basically the community, witch sadly is dieing.
What ever happened to mvsmith? All his posts say "guest".
Everyone's back! Well, not everyone. Oceandream, Wave Music, TractorMan, TFK, Gab, Redfox, Swenson, Mad Fred, and Ballast for starters.

I think at this point, if VSTEP isn't making any profit, and no development time is being attributed to it, it should be turned to open source. How this affects VSTEP's commercial side of the business however is another story, as I'd imagine the core basics of SS08 are similar to SSPro/NAUTIS.
I can't imagine that there can be a great deal of similarity between SSE / SS08 and NAUTIS, I have been playing on a professional bridge simulator all week and this thing has 100 high end PC's running it, Unless NAUTIS is designed to run on a single PC with a single monitor then it simply has to be a totally different framework.
