I finally got that camera out and shot some video footage going out on the Solent in my boat! The downside is that there is a shot of me in it. The good news is that it goes quickly away.

Yes, it certainly is.

Dan and I enjoy bombing up and down in that boat. It is fast, easy to handle and a lot of fun. One person can easily take it out (and that happens quite often).

But, I have seen a bigger one that interests me. It is open topped, like the current boat, but is about 50% larger, with heating and a galley and heads. I may just wake up shortly and find I've bought it. I know I can take it out on my own, as I've done so with vessels up to about 36ft before.

Before I bought a boat I used to rent this kind of "Boston Whaler" I thinks its a 170 (I can't tell because I'm now a Larson owner not a Whaler)

Then I went to the:

And them my own even larger boat. :D

Anyone who is on the cape in Massachusetts and wants to rent these boats and more these are from the "Ship Shops" on the Bass River on the South Shore

Friday, don't you know that brings bad luck, we took one of ours boats out for the first time after beeing fixed on a friday, and it sank and was completely wrecked.
The engine was new and that was what failed

It depends how she's loaded and how you trim her etc, but I reckon that you should get about 22-25 kts out of her.
