LOL, Australia's ADSL broadband is 24kbps and good is 29kbps!
The broadband network should be upgraded to world standards soon.

I usually get around 700-950kb/sec, but it took four hours for me to DL SS '08 as my connection suffered a glitch :'(

I was getting 40kb/sec (average) >:(

Hello

It took me 2 hours to download it but i had some trouble with the installing, to make a long history short , i needed to have administrator priviliges which i didn't so i had to copy it to the administrator account on my win XP and install it again.

I started downloading at 07.00 pm and i started play somtime around 11.00pm so yeah i had to wait for a  very long time >: :(

 ;)cheers

It all depends on the location of where you are compared to the server. The servers bandwith and the servers connection.
