Maybe. But remember 64% of all the respondents did NOT vote on that option!  :P

Stu

Ah, but remember, the majority you proclaim for those liking marmite is only a majority in terms of FPTP, not an absolute majority.  8)

Ah well. If it's good enough for National Elections <sarcasm> (praise be to the Government) </sarcasm> then it's (almost) good enough for Marmite.

Miscreant.  ::)

Always ready to inform & educate! In the city of my birth, Liverpool, we natives or Liverpudlians (Scousers that is) know exactly what "samarrerwack" means. It means "what is the matter my friend?" or to quote Bugs Bunny "what's up Doc?"  Anyway denial is a big river in Egypt isn't it?

This is now the most visited post on the whole of the small talk forum. Surely we must set out to find where the Marmite mines are? Are they somewhere up that big river?  ;D ;)

Close the Marmite Mines! Never a truer word spoken DJM.  ;D  Then we can transfer full production to the Pot Noodle mines, somewhere outside of Cardiff I think..?  ::)

I think I've found where the Marmite mines are! :o Some rotter has disguised the name to put us off, it's called Marmet and it's about 8miles south by east from the city of Charleston, West Virginia, USA, beside the Kanawha  River on Route 64. Thats a bit sneaky Marty, trying to fool us like that!!! :P ;D

Attempting to blow up the Marmite mines may not be such a good idea...
These mines are owned and worked by the "Marmites", proud and ferocious beings that would have no qualms in taking any ill-doers prisoner, forcing them to work with them in the mines, living on a diet of bread and the local delicacy..
So DJM, I would love to see you try...
 Of course I would visit you now and then, try to smuggle in a bar of Snickers or something... :D

That is what you think my good friend!!!! Here is the map to prove what I said about the place. ::) ;)

By the way saltydog, as you can see there are a lot of trees there, so you must watch out for the Marmites hiding there, because as you say they will get you for cheapo labour if you aren't careful :'(
