Already mighty Marmitey presence, yes...

Speaking of Marmite, something totally unrelated.

Remember the Port of Douvres being managed by the French? Do you think we are likely to see Port Stanley being managed by Argentina on our behalf?

Where has Terry the Marmite gone?

Terry of Bovril has gone away for a bit.

Perhaps when one can not keep up the pretence of being Lord of all Marmite it is easier to leave in a huff than it is stand and fight your for your yeast, when you know it isn't your yeast at all...  ::)

Wow, didn't know that Marmite had its own thread, fantastic.

Marmite is the most lovely, loveliest lovely thing ever.

It has a special place called "Marmecca" where EVERY good Marmite eater MUST visit at least once in his lifetime.

Marmite has special powers. Eat Marmite all your life- and never question its worth- and you shall seek comfort in the after life in Marmiteaven.

People have fought over Marmite, to the point of hostile words, here on this very forum. But do not take the name of Marmite in vain, for it shall not affect you yeasterday, but Mite (sic) affect you in the future.

Marmite can cure any problem.

Global warming? Spread it out and it will absorb the heat as it is dark. Globe is warmed
World famine? Marmite is a by-product of other products and is plentiful
World wars? Deprive the enemy of Marmite and they'll surrender quickly enough
Fuel shortage for boats? Have you SEEN what marine crude diesel looks like...
Fuel shortage for cars? Buy a Trabant
Dreadful politicians? Drown them in a big vat of it. Just make the vat change from 15 to 17.5,

I have always been tempted to fill a fuel sample bottle with Marmite and send it for testing.

Hmmm.... Probably the result will be "NOOOO don't use this in the engines- it'll blow the CHG straight out"

You might find it in a dedicated store that only sells UK products, but not in your regular store
