Has anyone else been having issues reaching customer service? I am having technical issues and I've been contacting customer service for over two weeks with no answers back.

The Technical Support board on this forum is where you should first describe your problem in detail and supply any requested information. Simply saying “I'm having the same issues here.” does not cut it.
If that is all you could tell the very busy developers at VSTEP, it is not surprising that you have not received a reply.
