The forum environment project - Files
« on: February 21, 2011, 15:45:43 »

In this topic you can upload all the files of the project. So everybody who wants to help us with the project can look at all our files here. If someone loses interest or doesn’t have enough time to go on with his model, he can upload it here and can say that someone else should finish it.

But please ask what type of model is needed before you post everything here. The discussion topic is
here.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please upload the 3D files in Collada (.dae) format which can be easily exported for Google SketchUp or the most other 3D programs. For textures we will use JPEG (.jpg) first and in the end phase we will convert it to .dds!

Do not post anything else than your model and/or texture in this topic!

When you upload your model please put in here a screenshot or render, a short description and of course the model itself!

If you have any questions please ask them in the discussion topic!

Kind Regards,
Joey

Ok I may also put something up here  :)

A repeatable building for Venice. 256x256 px texture less than 200 vertics. The texture was used from a picture, that I took in my holidays in Venice.

A vaporetto stop

It's like a bus stop on land, but it floats on the water. I think there are 50-100 of these in the whole city.

Here is my model of the St Mark's Campanile, one of the most famous buildings in Venice and the highest (99m).

It is a very low poly model.

IMPORTANT: The size of all my models needs to be corrected, but the proportions are correct.

Here is my depot for the main habour of the city.

They were used to store cargo but since the age of containers they are used as passenger terminal or are unused.

And the next one:

The Basilica San Giorgio Maggiore, it's a church which stands on a small island opposite the St Mark's campanile.

If I have time I will do the rest of that island this weekend.
