All these changes
« on: August 13, 2010, 12:51:07 »

Hi!

It's been quite a lot of changes lately. There have been changes in the pre-orders for the SSE and when the game is released. What is the reason for these changes?

When will it be possible to download the SSE to my computer? And how should I download it? Via mirrors on www.GamersHell.com? And the servers will clear all downloads without crashing?

Best Regards,

Markus

Changes are normal, game development isn't an exact science.. it's too much to just put in a few lines as to why this is. You can read a lot about it in many many topics and posts about these subjects already.

You can download it on the 27th from the main site or a mirror that vstep will offer and no the servers are not expected to crash.

Suggestions.. stop worrying and just wait till it's here. It's going to be fine and it will all be clear then.

Hi Fred!

Yes, I can do it, but I want to someone from V-STEP or a administrator telling my why here.

It is probably best for all of us that we get the right information right now, if you want to keep the fans happy ...

I wonder so much what happened 2nd Aug and why V-STEP moved the date of the game is released for one day throughout the world. Can you be kind enough to explain it?

Because it is better this way. Because then everyone gets it on one day, because paradox prefered this, perhaps aswell. What does it matter? Once they were certain about some things, they decided on this course of action. They have their reasons. And their reasons are valid, and you don't need to know all the little details. Simple as that. You've been answered a few questions elsewhere, but you keep asking the same stuff.

Why do you think they have an obligation to explain everything? Sorry but they don't. They announce news and such when and if appropriate and that is that.  And they have explained a lot of this. But you'd have to go read that, instead of posting more questions without searching for the already given answers.

What does it matter if you know why the 2nd became the 9th, all that matter is that it did. Nothing will change it. They have their reasons. You pay for a game, not for reasons as to why a company does what they do in the development of the game. As I said.. game development isn't an exact science and things change. If you cannot imagine why this might be, it's no use explaining it anyway.  :-\

Well now, if you don't like it you don't like it. But there's no need to just come out and say that.

Markus,

You're on the limit here.

You've been harsh towards contributing members a few times now, and insulting.

You have a bit of an attitude about your demands too.

I suggest behaving a bit better, or maybe you won't even be here when SSE comes out. I trust this time you will understand and cooperate.

Regards,
Fred
