What do you think about her look?

She is definitely ugly!
Uhm, neither ugly nor beautiful, I'd say...
She is the most beautiful ship ever built!
No idea yet...

If you work on one of these you will need to take a gas mask with you. ::) Anyone ever been within half a nautical mile of one? The pong is atrocious. One ship like this, according to a British Lord, contributes more to global warming than about six coal fired power stations.

I was watching a documentry about one of those a few days ago...It was the largest one in the word, for that specific purpose...Let me see if I can find a picture once I remember the name!!

You're girlfriend "Ferry" will still be moored when you get back from Uni, don't worry

Make sure she won't get another boyfriend while her current one is at Uni!

going back on topic ;D

I think it's not an ugly ship (Oasis of the Seas), the backend or stern if you would like is a bit overwhelming though, but I quite like it :)

Already not beautiful, not yet ugly...   Just a massive floating box of money.

Reminds me of something we had here in the Netherlands a few years ago.

A floating prison

Hopefully this is new for you and not posted here or elsewhere in the forum so far...
She shipowner has to spend a lot of money for a hydraulic system to lower the exhaust pipes, otherwise it has been impossible for the ship to leave the Baltics. The ship is higher than the bridge is in the middle! Amazing!

That's quite impressive I have to say...I was watching another documentry a few weeks ago about Queen Mary 2, passing under a bridge, and it was quite something....

You wonder what goes through the head of the captain, particuarly on a maiden voyage of a ship..!

Yepp! In fact he passes this bridge with engines going full ahead with just a few feet between his brand new vessel und bottom edge of the bridge. :2thumbs: The giant ship will drop her anchor off Lee in the Solent tomorrow, I guess.

I think this ship is nice, the stern is a bit special, but I liked it a bit more after seeing the pics, nice one WM

I really think that almost every cruiseliner from Royal Caribian is cool! :)
Those big ships are just so fasanatic, had been really cool to get a guided tour in the bridge and all that if you where on a cruise with a nice ship like that :D

BTW, isn't this the biggest cruiseliner in the world now?
I thought I read it somewhere that this one was bigger then Freedom of the Seas ;)
