Got back from my day at sea a few hours ago, good news and some very bad news.

Good News: I had a lot of fun, took a few good shots for the what do you look like thread, although they'll probably be uploaded tomorrow now.

Very Bad News: I get seasick. Not badly, just hurl and get on with what I was doing, and it took some rough seas and being up in the wheelhouse to set me off, but it's pretty much done me in career wise.

I hope the pic is before you were... seasick...

But thats a shame about it ruining any chance of a career there...

Don't let seasickness stop you from having a very nice career at sea, it's not a shame!

Agreed! and even so, it doesn't mean you'll always be sick...sometimes people who have been at sea all their lives get suddenly seasick. I wouldn't let it put you off :)

Well.. As you may of guess from my username, I like farming, so I'm going to find a job on a farm or driving a tractor for the summer then after it depends on my grades..

If I get a C in most things, and a B in tech, I can do the A levels I wouldnt mind doing, but if not, it'll be back on the farm
