Hope you didn't buy spellchecker software from them..   ;D

I agree though. You'd expect someone who's responsible for these kind of emails to be able to write proper English...

That's nothing compared to the customer services at SimWare, really bad.  >:(

....But no, breathe! Keep calm Matthew, can't get started on that again!

Hmm..

I've been a customer with them for years, and have always received really good service, to be honest.  :-\

Though I must admit, it's been a year or so since I last ordered something from them.

I had never really connected the name avast as an anti-virus suite with the nautical term avast, but I guess there could be a connection.

Avast is the nautical term for stop, i.e. "avast heaving", and an anti-virus program (hopefully) stops viruses, I wonder if the two are connected?

Yes maybe they don't like me  :'(

And I still find this incredibly cheeky:

Quote
If the unit is found to be defective and this beeing a warranty case, freight costs back will be covered by us.

No problem I thought, send it back and I get the money back I thought.
And I sent a receipt of shipping return, and it cost me 40 Euros. And then they never refunded it, they said I can have a 14 Euro coupon  :o   My father went absolutely mad at them and we aren't going to use them again  :-X

Lol but it works me up every time I think about that saga

Kind Regards

Matthew
