Never seen a manual over here in my life, only on big rigs.

I did drive a 13 speed once, in a F750

The only 'manual' I have really seen are Semi- Automatic paddle shifters on my aunts car.

I believe so. We over here are lazy, and have to concentrate on talking on our cell phones not changing gears. Although I usually make her downshift to 3rd to slow down on off-ramps. (So that makes me cool right?) Sounds like a jake brake when I do that.

I once saw a european car getting on the freeway in front of me, and was asking myself, ok I see someone in the passenger seat, but who is driving?
