I don't agree,
Why would CERN spend that much money if they don't plan on discovering anything..?
We don't know much about physics, Sometimes I wonder if half of the stuff "We know" is just made up on theory. I think the Hadron Collider might reveal some things, or at the least, give us solid proof of what we already understand, or What we don't understand.
On the other hand, I also cannot see a point in the Hadron Collider. At the end of the day, we're here, and that's that. We should be sorting out the world, and the mess it's in first!!
That's what I think anyway!
