Talking about the worst pirate ever. Some guy requested a license key at ShipSim support because he apparently lost his.
As usual we ask him to send us a timestamped photo of his DVD box as a proof of ownership/purchase.

He sent me this:

I would have printed the dvd cover out. Fit it in an empty dvd case. Taken a picture.

Then again, i own a copy of ShipSim already, so that wouldn't be needed.  :2thumbs:

Haha yeah, that would probably be the best way, and still I would probably notice.  :P I'm a ShipSim DVD detective.  8)

He does get bonus points for making me laugh though. It made my day. Not to mention the endlabel that's still stuck on there.  :D

I just seen that and that is brilliant ahah :P

When I worked for a IT Specialist parts company last summer (2014) some guy said he had parts that he didn't need or were faulty so we told him to send it back to us and this thing weighed 2KG and was about the size of a shoebox and what arrived was a postcard  with the words "(Something) you! I got my money back from paypal...
Paypal did give his money back but also took it away again when we told them that  :P ::)

Here are some pictures I found of inside the Costa Concordia:

This really makes you step back and think of the tragedy...

To be honest, the pictures don't really make me step back and think. The investigation report however...

Would still be the best set for a horror movie.

Imagine what Hollywood would be willing to give for it to use as a set. Wouldn't surprise me if they did if there weren't any fatalities.

Hi The Ferry Man,
You can get Jumbo Javelin for SS2008 if you go into your profile on the forum and scroll down to the bottom of your licence codes. There you will find a download for "JJ".

Angus.
