Ahoy Shipaddict,
Can you place the download at the VSTEP-server asap?
I can't connect to the filefront site. Very slooooooow, so time out errors occur everytime I try to connect.

Hi Aad, glad you like it!

As said further down I'm currently looking for anyone who would be interested in producing a real life article for the first issue of 2010.

This can be anything, perhaps about your former career like Traddles did, or looking at a particular vessel such as what Captain Darling did.

I'll be grateful for anything, as long as it's about ships in real life and obviously isnt rude or moaning or anything

Hehe some pressure yeah, but it won't have as many pages, the Christmas Issue was an extra big one for Christmas, but I can say that the next issue will have a couple of new "features" to keep you all interested.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem: when I try to download the Christmas issue from VStep, it only opens the pdf file..My browser does not give me the option to save it, like it usually does..
I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong, untill I remembered I allways download the SS Magazine from FileFront..There the download/saving went smoothly..

On the upper left corner should be a button save a copy. You can also save it by right clicking on the link and select "save as.."

It will be part of a new multiplayer page where users can advertise servers, and use to propose multiplayer meetings and such.

If you're interested either drop me a PM or say here. I'll need to know:
Name of the server
Who hosts it
Any opening / closing times
Days it runs on

Also if you want to propose meetings ON, or AFTER the 20th January please contact me too!

Could you advertise the steam community?

It's a really good program to use with SS08, but the SS group only has 6 members at the moment and I think only three or four are from the forum.
