The question would (at least in UK law) be 'is the claim misleading in a material way?'
I would agree with Orinoco that there isn't really many places to go for a walk on a speedboat.
I think a good defence might be 'on a ship, you can go for a walk. On a speedboat you generally sit in your seat- so that's the way we modelled it'. Of course, I'm not a solicitor.
