I'm curious, where would you walk on these two boats? What would you do, turn in circles?

The question would (at least in UK law) be 'is the claim misleading in a material way?'

I would agree with Orinoco that there isn't really many places to go for a walk on a speedboat.

I think a good defence might be 'on a ship, you can go for a walk. On a speedboat you generally sit in your seat- so that's the way we modelled it'. Of course, I'm not a solicitor.

If I could add a little something to this topic :)

The site actually says Walkthrough on all Ships, boats aren't mentioned ;)

This may seem a little picky, but wording in any advertisement is critical, as is the viewers understanding of this wording :)

I believe the statement was slightly misinterpreted ;)

Ship

boat

Is the small tug not a ship?

I'll also add that the link on the Shipsim website says 'Ships' http://www.shipsim.com/features/ships.php

A Small Tug's more a boat which assists ships, isnt it. So I guess, yes, she is a boat.

Thanks, Sky.

I saw a pic of that Cargo ship on the old fourm. They didnt release it because the harbors were to small to take a ship of that size through them and turn it around. The only enviorment that you could take her in was the Phi Phi islands and New York. But I had a hard time getting the smaller container Ship in and out of he old container terminal in New York. ;) Also they needed to give the tug and powerboat a wave and damage model. ;)
