Oh, for god sake, jump to YouTube and see the latest interview (with Frank and GameReactor).
It is Paradox...

Anyway, sailing all over the world in Extremes sounds quite interesting to me. ;)

Jeez, didn't mean to offend anyone, I thought it was Paradox, that's why i'm asking why it says otherwise! ::)

This is not realy good. Its possible that some people buy the game with a different idea of the game.
Naval sim, sounds like this game is with warships.
Its should be renamed.

Many  people think that “Naval” and “Maritime” mean the same. They are wrong, of course.
What has a Playstation game by KOEI to do with this? Unfortunately some readers can become confused as to the subject under discussion by pictures without adequate text.

I saw somewhere that in, like for example when you are in Isle Of Wight, it would be calm. but when you were to cross the river that separates southhamton from Isle of wight it would be rough. ;D

Fingers crossed that it's put into SSE, I mean DC(ITSE) won't be as good without it :S

Eh? I know, I'm just saying that without sheltered/open sea waves it won't be as good

That's just formal.  In reality even those users with high spec pc's will still be having problems as SS is very capricious game when it comes to true system requirements.  :P

then why dont you buy the game then and see if it really is SSE or not? if it has been out since october 2008 then it would have a cover for it by now.

Found new pictures... enjoy!

http://www.gamez.nl/pc/game/3250/ship-simulator-extremes.html
I strongly feel those aren't real shots, each of them have their kinks, like the Titanic picture, and her wake is all wacky, and in the one of the classic yacht, you can clearly see that:

A: The picture of the boat was just pasted on, look at it in full res and it's lower quality than the rest of the pic too
B: The huts are clearly real...

There's even more, but I won't get into those. :police:

@ the huts, sure its not a model with a picture/texture of a real hut, to make it look as realistic as possible?  ::)
