Sounds like a connection problem...?

I get that when my internet isn't working.

It's because they are all the same colour and often I can't tell which ones are $1, 5, or 20.  With Canadian money, they are in different colours plus we have toonies and loonies.

My wife (an American) reckons that British notes are good, because unlike US money, the more a note is worth the larger it is. So it is very easy to tell a fiver from a tenner or a twenty or fifty, etc.

Similar things with the various types of coin. 1p is smaller than 2p (both are bronze). A one pound is smaller than a two pound coin.

If you by any chance drive through the District of Muskoka, go to the Muskoka Wharf in Gravenhurst (where I live) and see the RMS Segwun and Wenonah II.  Both haven't started their cruises on the lakes yet, but they will soon.

It's always a bit of a mad dash.

Tomorrow, I have to complete a day's auditing, then jump in a taxi and get to Toronto to catch my plane home. Back in the UK 0655 on Wednesday morning.

Here was an exciting one for me, we passed by Pier 54. on our way to Battery Park.  The date for this picture was May 7, 2009, the day Lusitania sank after being torpedoed off the coast of Ireland.
