it looks like one of the new bugs

well it was funny to fly with the boat,
i was steering to the oil rigg in a mission, as soon as i come near the rigg it started to fly, so i towed the boat to the oil rigg and the boat started to fly

This happend to me to when you go trhoug the oil platform with your "camera"
