I've also noticed bugs in my copy. Ships suddenly appearing to "jump" out of the water, go into a spin, and then appear to settle back down on the water, but listing over to one side. Quite funny, but not really very realistic. :)

Happened to me too!

I was manouvering when suddenly I saw the Platform jumping arround!  :o

Hopefuly I wasnt tugging it yet!!  :P


Besides, whats the technique to tug the platform? My vessels start making lots of effort but Its nearly impossible to carry it in straight direction. Do I have to moor on some specific points?

I don't think this is a "new" bug. I don't have SS2008 yet, and I've had ships to bump into another or have had the mooring waypoint jerk the ship into the quay in SS2006 and make the ships "fly". However, they never come down.
