By pure luck I found out that I actually had created an account when I bought SS08. It was an email I haven't had for many years, so I'm amazed I could remember my password.
I wouldn't hold my breath for a official answer here as I believe the game is no longer supported, so the forum is probably no longer monitored - which of course is completely understandable.
Hope you get it sorted. If not why not pick up SSE on a sale?

I'm deeply saddened to hear this. Mad_Fred was always kind to me in our interactions, even when I was being unruly. I say that cause I was a kid then. I've grown into adulthood now but remember his kindness to this day. Always helped me however he could. It pains to hear of his passing. My thoughts go out to him and his family. Thanks for being there mate.

It would be very great to add warships like frigates, minehunters, submarines, replenishment ships, Amphibious Transport Ships (Landing Platform Dock), etc. to Nautis Home. Vessels like the Dutch LCF frigates HNLMS Tromp, the Dutch Landing Platform Docks HNLMS Rotterdam L800/HNLMS Johan de Witt L801, the Joint Support Ship HNLMS Karel Doorman, minesweepers, Ocean Going Patrol Vessel like HNLMS Friesland, etc. Also warships from WW II, just like World of Warships and War Thunder.
The intention of naval add-on is not fighting like in war games World of Warships and War Thunder, but peace time missions, mines hunting and rescue missions. |

Back in the day when I bought SS08, I think I checked out as a guest, so I have no login for shipsim.com and can therefore not find my .exe files again. I have however registered the game and purchased addons under my forum profile, so I would expect that would cover proof of purchase? ;-) So my question is: How do I get a hold of new .exe files for SS08 and addons? |

Fred,
I didn't always agree with you, but I know you were acting with the best interest of everyone at heart. You steered the forum through the good times of SS06 and SS08, and the bad of SSE. The steady hand will be deeply missed when Nautis home launches. You had a unique administration style - Always approachable, no matter the problem, taking pride in offering unbiased advice, help and support whenever someone asked.
