he does got Norton Internet Security Online 2009.
Go to this Symantec page:
www.symantec.com/en/ph/enterprise/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-071823-3029-99&tabid=1
(Symantec ARE Norton, of course). The page has removal instructions. It's probably the Windows System Restore that's reinstalling it.

thanks. i will send the page to him
-
he is asking me if the removing tool will use hours before its finish?
-
No idea. ;)
But he'll just have to let it take as long as it takes, unless he wants to wipe his computer and reinstall everything. That will take much longer of course. And lose all of his data.

Try out Ad-Aware, it recommended by many IT sites. You can get a free edition here http://www.lavasoft.com/
If it not works, I think you need to do as TerryRussell said, reinstall the entire OS again.
-
And if that also doesn't help, try hitmanpro: http://www.surfright.nl/en ...I usually get the best results with this program.
-
send a sms to him. i think the Trojan is gone. he took a full search and found and isolated trojan from 4.02.09

Unfortunately, Ad-Aware and Spybot won't touch this particular pest. The Symantec page is pretty easy to follow, though. I think his Norton is removing the trojan, but his Windows System Restore is just reinstalling it again.
Easy to fix. Just do what it says on the Symantec page I linked above.

Yeah, I know. But they won't get this particular pest. Although it's a trojan, it has a lot in common with a computer vrus and manages to evade Spybot and Adaware.
I've even tried using the very latest Ad-Aware (which I'd avoid, as it puts pop-up adverts in your task bar! The very thing it is supposed to prevent, it does!).
-
If he not runing games and such maby he can run Linux it's almost virus free, so he don't need to have a virus protektion. I runing both linux and xp.

It won't protect you against viruses or trojans such as this one. Read what I've already said. I don't these things out of ignorance. I say them with knowledge.

he dont seems too have problems with pc now after we downloaded the Symantec trojan remover tool.
but he is anyway gonna reboot the hole pc because he has to much program and files :P
so thanks a lot to showing me the link from symantec.
-
Good-ish news. Glad that worked.
If he ever needs anything like again, the easiest thing to do is to go to the Symantec site and type in the virus or trojan name into their search engine. Or put the virus name and "symantec" into Google. That usually works.
-
Avast! is not a good anti-virus program. Believe me, it caused a lot of trouble. AVG is better and I haven't had any virus yet.
-
No antivirus program is perfect. The virus writers seek to evade them by all means at their disposal.
We AVG on some machines and Norton 2003 and 360 on some others.
Our email scanner runs a combination of programs, including some that I have developed over the years. Nothing has ever got through (so far).
We also make sure that everyone goes to sensible web sites and that they reduce the likelihood of coming across the nasties.

I recently found a nice add-on for Firefox, called WOT (Web of Trust)
It warns you about risky websites.. :)

Can we see a link? I might be interested. And is it free?
-
Here you go.. And all add-ons are free (As is Firefox itself)..
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3456#reviews
It works with coloured rings at the top of your screen, green is ok, red is risky, yellow is questionable..
You click on the ring for more detailed information..
Needless to say it doesn't work on IE.. ;)

And you have it. Good. How do you know whats good and bad though? Does it say so?
EDIT: I just got it SD, thank you, Try doing an anti virus or antispyware search and look at all the harmful sites that pop up on Google. I am about to start a topic on this. (Hope no on doesn't mind)
