It works with coloured rings at the top of your screen, green is ok, red is risky, yellow is questionable..
You click on the ring for more detailed information..
Needless to say it doesn't work on IE..

And you have it. Good. How do you know whats good and bad though? Does it say so?
EDIT: I just got it SD, thank you, Try doing an anti virus or antispyware search and look at all the harmful sites that pop up on Google. I am about to start a topic on this. (Hope no on doesn't mind)
