I suppose you could call the system on this tug (the Igor K) a semi-carousel system..
Can you name a (real) tug with a full carousel system..?
There is only one in the world, so it should be easy.. ;)

It is the "Multratug 12", the only carousel-tug in the world..

It started its construction In July 2002,
It then moved on to start its trial runs in March 2003

It completed its construction work and was fully built and started service by 23rd June 2003.
