It is a Centrally positioned azimuth which can be used for docking in the game but isn't used in reality.

It seems close enough for Jumbo Ship, they say 1800tons combined lift. See attached

I mean, on the back of the ship it stands where the hometown of the ship is, which town is the hometown of latitude?
