Its the same place - the VTS-Centre in Southampton - the only difference is that there are twio brown warehouses where the Queen Elizabeth 2 Terminal actually is.

It is an SS08 ship, and a clue could be its a very popular craft in the missions (quite a few are based around using her), and goes to many different locations outside its usual area in the game. Hope this helps?
