In that case I guess Its San Francisco, Actually The island in the left foreground looks like Angel Island. I dont know what the specific bay is called unless its San Francisco bay, But I think Its just east of Angel island, And before Corinthian Island, And is west of red rock. I think if you were to turn the camera 180 youd see Brooks Island. Now im rambling. I hope thats the right answer, otherwise Ill look quite a wolly.

No, I mean the length at perpindiculars, in other word the furthest point foward and the furthest point backwards, so the maximum length is he legth in between these two points.
