Hi.

Do you have your receipt or some good proof of purchase?

Indeed, if you lost your key and want help from VSTEP, you'll need proof of purchase, but to add to that; if you still have SS08 installed on your computer, you can retrieve the key. Take a look at this topic:

If you registered your key on the forum you can see it from the profile

Yep, but he hasn't registered it.

You can tell if someone has registered his or her license key for SS08, if they have those ranking icons below their name. The same goes for the "money earned" thing with SS06. If that is there, the SS06 key is registered.

Just to add that as a little extra info.

noting  wrong with the key codes, that's the code generator they download that not give them a correct cod i think, bay the the ship sim in the game shop and you will find out then the key Cod is working
