I created a new titanic horn from the clip someone posted of the salvaged horn blown at low PSI.

Run the installer
Accept the license (Public GNU)
Chose the Directory (Default directory is set to default ship sim location)
Let the installer take .5 seconds to install
Finish
I hope to make more horns for the other vessels and a complete new horn pack just like TerryRussel's, except, mine.
