Anyone know if there is a simulator where you can be the allied in stead of the germans? And how can I go back 1915 in SH?

Hello Minime,
In Silent Hunter IV, you will play as an US Sub in the Pacific during WWII. For a simulation of a WWI submarine, there is just Shells of Fury (http://www.strategyfirst.com/en/games/ShellsOfFury/), I think.

Myself I perfer U-boats. The late war ones can dive down past 900 FT Just look at my Avatar, Thats from a Uboat in silent  hunter. Fleet Boats were able to dive much less deep. Also there early war torpedos were pices of s*** untill 1942-43. The germans torpedos were fixed much earlyer in the war during the norwegen Campagin.

Its a beta on subsim, A guy named Vondos got it off the web, was a free download. she's going down is the best message you can get in a sub sim.
